Custom Jewelry Design

Our Process

1.

Conceptualization

The designer conceptualizes the jewelry piece, considering factors like aesthetics, functionality, and market trends.

2.

Sketching

Initial sketches are made either on paper or digitally to visualize the design.

3.

Digital Modeling

Using specialized CAD software like Rhino, Matrix, the designer creates a detailed digital model of the jewelry piece, incorporating precise measurements and complicated details.

4.

Prototyping

A physical prototype may be created using 3D printing to assess the design’s feasibility and aesthetics.

5.

Manufacturing

The finalized CAD model is prepared for production, including considerations for materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes, whether it involves techniques like casting or modern methods like CNC machining or 3D printing.

6.

Quality Control

The finished jewelry piece undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets the designer’s standards and customer expectations. It undertakes various finishing processes like polishing, cleaning, and stone setting to achieve the desired final appearance.
